KU Drumline plays Keith Urban concert

 

Students wishing to joing the 2008 Marching Jayhawks drumline are invited to join us for these 1-day pre-camps. KU Drum Instructors will cover KU pecussion technique and excercises in preparation for the Percussion Audition Camps in May and August.

May 30 - June 1, 2008

Percussion Audition Camp #2

August 11 - August 15, 2008

 

 

All students interested in auditioning for the 2008 KU drumline should learn the basic exercises below and be able to mark time with them. All prospective members (excluding cymbal players) will need the snare packet for unison, single drum exercises.

 

Additionally, players interested in tenors or bass should obtain and learn the split patterns provided.
