Director Application

Directors, please complete the Group Discount Application and submit to Midwestern Music Camps by May 15th.

Application Procedures

Students should complete either a paper application or the Online Registration Form. Once completed, provide the application or confirmation email (online registration only) along with $150 deposit to your school director. Directors will then mail all group applications and deposits together. All information must be received by May 15th.
